Fatma Şişman was born in Gerede in 1960 and after completing her education at Yavuz Selim girls ' vocational high school, she met traditional arts on the occasion of marbling art courses she took from Peyami Gürel in 1996.In 1998 she took illumination lessons from Hülya Erdem. She continued hers studies with Serap Bostancı Tulluk at the applied Turkish Islamic Arts Library between 2000 and 2003; and with Mamure Öz and Serap Bostancı Tulluk at Yıldız Şale between 2003 and2005.
Between 2002 and 2009, he attended the flower painter and miniature classes of Orhan Dağlı and in 2007 he received his thanks from Orhan Dağlı as well as Flower painter. The artist, who received the miniature program certificate in 2009, has been continuing his miniature classes at Reza Hemmatirad's Istanbul Design Center since 2009.
Since 2000, she has participated in many exhibitions in Turkey and abroad, and continues his studies as a member of the Algan art group.
