Mustafa Parıldar

He was born in Siverek in 1982.He  completed his primary education at Şanlıurfa Eyyûbiye  primary school and secondary education in Şanlurfa Imam-Hatip High School. In 2007, he graduated from Selçuk University Fine Arts Faculty Department of Traditional Turkish Arts Department of Calligraphy.

The first line courses started with the teacher of the Qur'an and the calligrapher Hacı Alp. In 1995, upon the encouragement of calligrapher, he attended the lectures of calligrapher Mehmet Memiş, who was working at Harran University,. He received his license in 2010 by having his own Thuluth and Naskh lines. In the years of the university, he studied with calligrapher Hüseyin Öksüz on Rik'a, Dîvanî, Celî Dîvanî and Ta'lik.

After giving courses in KOMEK and Meram Public Education Center in Konya for a while, he came to Istanbul. He took lessons from Uğur Derman, Osman Özçay, Mehmed Özçay, Davut Bektaş and Ali Toy. He participated in many exhibitions both at home and abroad. He has many awards in domestic and international competitions especially at IRCICA, Albaraka Türk, Ministry of Culture and many other awards in domestic and international competitions. He continues his teaching duties at the specialized center Classical Turkish Arts Foundation and İSMEK. He is married and father of two children.
