Reza Hemmatirad, born in 1974 as the Son of an Azeri mother and a Persian Father in Urumiye, Iran, studied graphics at the University of Azat in Tehran. During his university education, he took from Prof. Reza Barahani poetry and story writing from R and Tar playing and singing from Master Peymen Soltani. During his education, he also took courses such as theater, directing and illustration. Hemmatrad, who was a university lecturer during his graduate studies, also worked professionally on cinema-television and animation.
Hemmatirad, who came to Turkey in 2002 and founded the Sahra graphics and Art agency, was the Director of this institution and Director of art until 2009. Like the Gak Guk series, he wrote and sketched the stories and he is an art director in textbooks projects. In 2007, he filmed a movie named 7th City which tells Mevlana's life with the art of marbling. In 2008, he participated in the Tiribeca Film Festival with a project on the same film and organized marbling and sand animation shows. He was engaged in the programs prepared for institutions such as TRT 1, TRT Children and TRT Arabic. He directed the Long Story in 2012, the Exiled Cow in 2013, and the "What was left me from you'' in 2014-2015.
Hemmatirad, designing the jewels for the first real men, who has designed 29 private exhibitions and participated in 6 mixed exhibitions, is married and has a child.
