Selcen Belgin Balıkçı

Selcen Belgin Balıkçı, who was born in Afyon and completed her education in Bursa, continued her studies in ,illuminated manuscript studies, which she started in 2002 by attending the lessons of Nur Köseoğlu, Emel Turkmen between 2003-2004, Fatma Özçay at the foundation of classical Turkish Arts between 2008-2012.

In 2011, she was awarded the third prize in the Illuminated manuscript contest held in the United Arab Emirates. Having been awarded the first prize in the 2014 and 2015 competitions of the same event, Mrs. Balıkçı is married and a mother of a child and she has participated in many exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad since 2011.
