He was born in 1975 in Erzurum. In 1997, he was admitted to Atatürk University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Traditional Turkish Arts and after graduating in 2001, he settled in Istanbul. The artist, who has participated in many national and international exhibitions, continues to work by combining traditional motifs and calligraphy with contemporary interpretations in his works.
